Cozy on Cayuga is a remodeled three-bedroom lakefront home on Cayuga Lake’s northwestern shore. With wide water views, a private six-person hot tub, seasonal dock, fire pit, and multiple outdoor spaces, the property is designed for families and small groups exploring the Finger Lakes.



The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinetry, island seating, and a farmhouse dining table. Sliding doors connect the lake-view living room and queen sleeper sofa to the balcony.



Sleeping arrangements:



* Upstairs bedroom: King bed with lake views

* Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed with garden views

* Lower-level suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct patio access

* Living room: Queen sleeper sofa



The home includes two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination, while the lower-level bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are provided.



Outside, guests have access to the lakefront balcony, patio, grassy lawn, fire pit, seasonal dock, and six-person hot tub. The dock may be used for fishing, but availability depends on seasonal water levels and is not guaranteed.



Nearby attractions include Seneca Falls, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, and Taughannock Falls State Park. A personal vehicle is recommended, and local limousine services are available for winery tours.



Important information:



* Maximum parking: Two vehicles

* Boat trailers are not permitted.

* Lower-level stairs have narrow treads and may not suit guests with mobility limitations.

* The home is not wheelchair accessible.

* Small dogs are permitted with a $75 fee per dog, limited to two.

* Guests must remove and properly dispose of all pet waste.

* Indoor smoking is prohibited.

* Guests must provide propane for the grill.

* Air conditioning, outdoor furniture, watercraft, and the dock are seasonal from May 15 through October 15, when specified as available.

* Exterior security cameras monitor the property; there are no interior cameras.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated.

We used the kayaks everyday, and enjoyed the beautiful updated accommodations. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a busy day visiting wineries, and enjoying the water. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Overall the stay was very nice, the house is a great size and the water access was great. The only "issue" was the outside of the property was covered in webs/bugs and the area between the screen and the door was filled with dead bugs.

Clean and convenient location!

We had a small group of adults in town for the Cayuga Lake holiday shopping spree, and Cozy on Cayuga was a perfect location, close to wineries and not from restaurants. The house was very clean, and well decorated! We would definitely go back!! I would love to see it in the summer and fall months. The moon coming up over the lake was beautiful!!! Very Cozy.

This was a great home. Very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and towels for the hot tub. For future renters, bring life jackets. The grill is propane and there is a keurig and a regular coffee maker.

Loved the location and being right on the lake. The house is 3 levels and there are 2 parking spaces. Management company responded quickly and we had no issues during our stay. They won’t allow for early check ins which is a bit disappointing even for an added cost. Would go back and stay again.

Relaxing and cozy week in the FLX!

Great house for our week long stay in the finger lakes! Sofas and beds were spacious and cozy, house was updated, very clean, and well stocked. Kitchen was easy to navigate and had more than enough to cook for our family of 4 all week. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Having the laundry room made it easy to tackle kid stains and accidents (iykyk). We loved using the kayaks provided and the hot tub was a nice relaxation spot on the few cooler nights we had. Lake is shallower here than expected and remained shallow very far out, but it was great for us since we have 2 small children! Vibe team was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend!

The house on the lake was an outstanding location. The lake was so beautiful and serene and peaceful. The hot tub was very clean and the people in the area were so friendly and kind. The countryside was absolutely beautiful. We loved lake Cayuga and lake Seneca. We loved the Finger Lakes. We had a real problem with all the bugs (nats I think) We could not go outside on the deck one night and they infested the windows and doors so we had to rush to close them. Other than the bugs it was a great house. Oh, also the combination to get into the house did not work. Luckily the person who was cleaning the hot tub let my daughter and husband in the house. However, when I reached out the response was swift. The kitchen could use some updated pans, etc. But, we did love the Finger Lakes a great deal in spite of the bugs.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm. 🌿 Regular Operations During Your Stay: Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently. Hot Tub Service: The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay.
