Room clean and beds comfortable Host was nice Cabin needs a lot of upgrades Furniture needs replaced looks like a big dog chewed on couch and chair and not comfortable We pin our little puppy up so she does not do any damage Hard to keep things nice when you rent

Perfect for our small group of 4 people! Hot tub is right off the one bedroom which is perfect. Location wise very easy to get to Pigeon forge or Gatlinburg ! Host was prompt with answering questions as well!
