Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!



A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape where you can fully immerse yourself in the magnificent scenery, native wildlife, and diverse terrain. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. Zions National Park, one of the best Parks in the US is also very close. Between dining at the formal table with seating for 12 or up at the island with stools for 7, there’s room for everyone to enjoy meals together.



After dinner, get ready to fire up the competition in the upper-level game room offering plenty of ways to get your adrenaline pumping between the arcade games as well as foosball and mini pool tables. This home comfortably sleeps 18 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor family room.

The home also includes a half bathroom on the first level.
