Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras help ensure guest safety. Please provide an accurate guest count, including daytime visitors.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

• $50 for 1 dog

• $100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Pet fees do not cover damage.



Smoking & Substance Policy

No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use anywhere on the property.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially on the rooftop patio.
