Property: Approx. 988 sq. ft and fully updated throughout, high-speed internet, smart TV's in each room for your streaming needs, pool available to all guests from 8 AM - 10 PM, patio with Adirondack chairs poolside and on-street parking available most times. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 has a king-size gel memory foam bed, private bath and TV, Bedroom 2 has a twin over queen bunk bed for more guests/kids and TV, living room has a convertible sofa that can be used as two twins or king, full sets of hotel quality linens and towels. Living Space: breakfast bar that seats 3, dining room table that seats 6, open concept living, smart TV, guests have access to entire unit except for locked owners closet and locked cabinet in kitchen. Laundry facility is free for guests and can be accessed with key that is provided in unit. There is plenty on-street parking available. There will be a welcome sign in unit with the Wifi code and important rules about the space. The city of Scottsdale is strictly enforcing noise restrictions and fines could be levied upon owners if short-term rental guests are not in compliance. Any fines will be the renters' responsibility and will be enforced by Airbnb. Please be respectful of other tenants and no large gatherings inside unit or outside in the pool area.
