Clinch River Getaway - A lakefront retreat, just 5 minutes from grocery.

A peaceful and quiet lake house on the clinch river. Located just 3 miles off of I-40 and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. 3 bedrooms/2 baths with an office space in the bunk room. A large covered porch provides a great outdoor space to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee. Extremely close to all the outdoor activities East Tennessee has to offer. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Internet and 2 smart TV's.

The space
The master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, this room also includes the washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, a desk and chair, and it's own bathroom. Open concept living room and dining area for 6. Full size kitchen and outdoor furniture (dining table and lounge chairs) on the deck. Boat launch available.

You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, biking, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and within an hour of Brimstone Recreation Area), and within 30 minutes of Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning).

Convenient to multiple restaurants, grocery, and walk/run/bike paths.

Great place for fishing trip

Great location for fishing the Clinch river area. The house was clean and adequately appointed for four people. The dock with covered boat slip was a huge plus

Lovely secluded spot on the Clinch! Screen shot the code for the lockbox in case the power goes out & you're unable to retrieve the email w/ specifics; Grill is gas so no need to bring your own charcoal & the coffee maker is Keurig so buy K-cups instead of ground or beans :) Enjoy it all from the covered deck or out on the river dock- will definitely be back; Thank You for the beautiful spot

Great place right on the river

Perfect place and location. We had everything we needed. The host was speedy with the questions that we had. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The checkout very easy. I would stay again. The only caution to those with large boats its very hard to back into the drive way.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet, tucked back on a dead end road. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, boutique shopping in town (5 minutes away), and plenty of parks for kids.

What makes this property unique

This is our home away from home and we love looking, walking in the mud/sand (when the water is down), and swimming in the lake. There is plenty of yard for kids to run and play. There is a tree swing and a playground at the property.
