- Any late check outs extending past 12:00 pm without consent will result in a one-time $50 fee.

- Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property.

- Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. We understand that things happen. However, failure to do so will result in said damages and/or breakages being reported

- No food, drink, or glass use in Hot Tub at any time, please return cover after use and turn off jets.

- Before checking out, Please start a load of laundry with any linens or towels you used during your stay.

- Please start the dishwasher before you leave. Those cycles last forever.

- If you adjusted the temperature during your stay, please change the thermostat back to: (75 in Summer/ 68 in Winter).

- If you brought your pet(s) with you, please be sure to tidy up after them! We love animals, but we do not want to find any pet surprises after your departure!

Sadly, I do not recommend this property. There were bugs all over the bathroom upon check in and I messaged the host, only to be told they had sprayed those bugs that morning prior to our check in and no further mention nor an offer to come over and clean them up. When we woke the next morning, the bugs were still there, some dead on the floor and some still crawling up the toilet seat and into the shower. I have photos and video but am unable to upload. The two sponges by the kitchen sink were brown and had dirt all over them. There was a coffee cup in the cabinet with dried coffee still in the bottom. It was just a very unclean property and this made for a less than ideal stay. I would recommend finding an alternate property in Columbia.
