ACCESS & IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

✔Self-check-in via a personalised code for an easy, hassle-free arrival.

✔Parking: Please use the designated parking lot in front of the house (max 2 cars).

✔Late Checkout: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A $100 fee applies if not vacated on time.

✔Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

✔No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. A $500 penalty applies for violations.

✔Security Cameras: For your safety, exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter.

✔No Parties or Events: The property is strictly for vacation use. Hosting parties, large gatherings, or commercial events is not allowed. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

✔Bugs & Critters: While we take preventative measures, Florida’s tropical climate may occasionally invite small critters. Please keep doors closed when not in use.

✔Toilet Use: Avoid flushing tampons, paper towels, or large objects to maintain plumbing integrity.

✔For Everyone's Safety & Comfort: Please note we require all overnight guests to be registered prior to arrival.
