You're home away from home! 3 BR with garage parking, outdoor patio, office space, ample closets, pretty view from master bedroom! Dog friendly! Quiet neighborhood /30 min to Austin.

Escape from the hustle and bustle in beautiful Modern Rock! We are only 30 minutes from downtown Austin, so you can enjoy the fun of the city but escape to a quiet retreat in the evening. We have created a comfortable space for families, students, groups traveling together, and business travelers. We do allow extended stays. Feel free to message with any questions.

Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home during your stay. The outside has a cozy patio with privacy curtains and a fenced backyard. There are three bedrooms upstairs that offer ample sleeping for a large family or group. We also provide an air mattress for additional guests.

You'll have access to the entire home, the garage, the outdoor grill and community center space.

Short stay, extra comfy

We had to book this at the last minute as the prior booking we had was cancelled by the owner of that property (not the same people), and Heaven was very accessible and nice. The property is very clean, and it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything looked as it did on the website.
