You won't have any issues cooking a great meal here with our gas stove, and all the cooking amenities like pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. Coffee & Tea are free amenities for all of our guests. We even have an air fryer for your use.
This fun tropical wallpaper will make you forget that you're in the suburbs of Leander. Lay back in the luxurious pillow top mattress and doze off into the night.
Our primary bedroom is so comfortable, you'll never want to get out of bed. Our king size bed is the world famous Simmons Beautyrest and big fluffy pillows and a cozy duvet. Extra blankets are always available.
Our living room features high vaulted ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan, & seating for friends to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee together before you head to Austin. The 50" flat screen smart TV is great for streaming all your favorite TV shows.
Our second bedroom has features a hotel-like queen sized bed with cotton duvet covers and fluffy pillows. We offer a variety of pillows in our properties in case our guests like something firmer or flatter, or fluffier!

Veterans reunited for Memorial

We needed a central location for a group of Air Force Gulf War Veterans to gather before the Memorial service for our friend and brother that win his ALS. Vivian provided the perfect location. 7 adults were able to fit in the house comfortably. We did bring in an air mattress because they didn't all want to share beds, but that is no fault of the property owner--just grumpy old Veterans. 🤣 Highly recommend this property. Easy to get everywhere we needed to in town and very well appointed. Thanks for everything!

It's important to me that you have an amazing extended stay in our gorgeous homes. I've thoughtfully planned everything from USB chargers, tea kettles, good cookware and extremely fun yet relaxing designs. We are professionally managed by a female staff and we are proudly women owned and operated.

Come and enjoy all that Austin has to offer! We have famous events like SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL), Food and Wine Festival, F1 race and so much more! The city is still small but it's constantly bustling with lots of fun things to do. Explore the caves in Georgetown, the real dinosaur tracks in Leander, rent a party barge in Lake Travis, swim in Barton Springs, go on a BBQ crawl (don't miss Terry Black's or La BBQ!) or watch the sun go down at the Oasis. If you need ideas, never hesitate to reach out!

I've have loved hospitality since I was a teenager, having spent an entire summer as an intern at an international hotel in Hong Kong as a concierge. I love meeting people, showing people around and introducing others to different kinds of food. Food & travel are definitely my love language!
