Home was nice, everything was clean and in working condition. There were some ant issues around the kitchen sink and the plumbing fixtures throughout the home were old and worn.

Die Lage des Hauses ist nah am Flughafen - einerseits gut, da der Weg zum Flughafen nur 10 min. beträgt. Andererseits schlecht, da die Flugzeuge genau über dem Haus starten - das ist in kurzen Abständen immer ziemlich laut! Die Küche ist minimalst ausgestattet - es gibt z. B. 4 Weingläser und 2 Wassergläser, wenige Teller und ansonsten nicht viel..... Hier könnte man für einen 20-Einkauf bei IKEA das Ganze mal ein bisschen aufpäppeln. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass trotz einiger Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Vermieter ein Kuscheltier durch die Reinigungskraft nach New York nachgeschickt wurde.
