I had a very nice stay. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. It’s within walking distance to a nice park. My dog was very comfortable and there is a large kitchen with all the appliances. Overall, it was peaceful and cozy, I would stay again. Also, very close to target. The only drawback was that the internet was a little spotty.

I've struggled to choose a star rating for this rental because when we arrived it wasn't in good shape. It needed cleaning and it was missing some needful things like towels, glasses, and ice cube trays. I was happy to find a place that let us bring our pets, so I decided to try to work things out with the host. Fortunately, he was highly responsive and very kind, DoorDashing us lots of stuff that we needed. He even sent a handyman to install some blinds for the kitchen windows so we could have privacy. (His willingness to help was was what brought up the rating from a 2 to almost a 4.) It was tricky, but we managed the various AC units and fans throughout to get the temperature right. (One of the heaters would randomly come on. We never figured out why.) The kitchen was nice and the reclinable couches were awesome. And best of all, the street was quiet. I'd say that overall it's a good value for the price, especially if you have a fur baby. Personally, I think it's in better condition than when we arrived.
