I was very happy with this cute cabin/tiny house. It had everything I needed for my month's stay. My only complaint is that the kitchen cabinets and shower head were installed very high. I am 5'-3" tall and needed a step stool to reach the bottom shelf of the cabinets. The bed was very comfortable. There is street traffic that I thought would bother me as I am a "light sleeper", but it really didn't bother me. The 6:30am traffic was my alarm clock, though. The park is quiet and well-maintained. The new owners and managers were all very attentive to my minimal needs. All in all, I would love to stay here again.

Eveything about our stay was excellent. The cabin was clean and cozy. We were close to everything we needed. Our fury baby loves there little dog park. Definitely will come back.

ute, little park model home

Overall, the stay was just fine. Unable to get a response from the host the prior five days before arriving, was a little bothered, but I assumed that since it was at a trailer park, the host would be a resident. That was the case, and the host's wife, claimed to have messaged us back. Regardless, communication could be better.The home itself was fine for my wife, I and our dog. 240sgft, but everything functioned fine. Road noise was a bit much (Hwy 260 was around 50' away), but quieted down later in the evening. Other residents were friendly and respectful.Only upgrades I would suggest are another chair on the small patio (actually two new chairs since the only one there was broken), a sponge in the kitchen (cleaned dishes with a rag), and a few more utensils in the kitchen. Basic needs were met.Power went out on our last morning, but was restored within an hour.Overall, a good location for travel around the Show Low area, for a decent price.
