My family and I had a great time! The house was fully stocked and accommodating. The house was well kept and comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and hot tub it was used everyday. Short walk to beach. Brian was a great host and very responsive.

Cleanest, most comfy place we have ever stayed! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Just what our big family needed! The host was very prompt with responses and communication. Also enjoyed the nice short walk to the beach! One of our favorite places to stay for sure!

Every room had multiple towels, blankets, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean, including the pool and hot tub. Brain was a great host and communicated all important items very well. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway with all the great amenities you could ever ask for. Plenty of beach items were also available for use. Definitely a vacation to remember!

We thoroughly enjoyed Sun-kissed. The space was great with our family of 8 adults and 6 children. there was plenty of room for games, puzzles, and cousin antics. The house was clean, well appointed, and convenient to the beach. The pool was especially wonderful with the weather being so stormy for our week. As a houseful of cooks, we appreciated the kitchen - two ovens, two dishwashers, ample counter space. I did wish I had brought 2-3 good knives although I know many do not appreciate those as much as we do. The wine refrigerator was clutch as one of us is in the business and other oenophiles are thankful for the chilled libations. Thank you, Brian for your attentiveness and hospitality! All-in-all, a great vacation!!

Duck 2025

This is a great home for a vacation with more than enough room for the seven of us. The pool, pool table and the beach close by made days enjoyable. The elevator made life easier for the two who needed it. Duck is a nice town to visit with a lot going on.

Amazing vacation spot

Our stay here was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of our family of varying ages. Walking distance to the ocean and the sound. Not far from town, but on a quiet cup-de-sac. Tons of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family enjoyed this home and our vacation in OBX. The home is well cared for, very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and well stocked with beach equipment as well as kitchen supplies . Would highly recommend!

Hi, we are Brian and Robin from a small town in Ohio near Dayton. We enjoy spending time with our large family as much as possible, When not enjoying the outdoors at our farm, we love going to the outer banks, especially Duck

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We choose Duck for our home purchase because of the uniqueness of the community. We love the outer banks and of all of the towns along the coast, However, Duck is by far the best for many reasons.
*There is no public access to the beaches so it is less congested.
*Duck is the most walkable community in the outer banks
*Plenty of local restaurants and stores near by
*Close to nearby towns with big box stores for major shopping needs
*Sandwiched in-between the ocean and the sound. Just a 3 minute walk in either direction.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Where do we begin. Our property accommodates large families and groups. With a great blend of private and large gathering areas throughout the house. The very large open layout in the kitchen, dining and living room area make a great space for entertaining thought the day and evening. Three decks (1 in the front and 2 in the rear) for enjoying the sun and overlooking the pool, or the one in the front for a little peace and quiet time. This house has its own large private pool and hot tub, but also has 2 community pools within walking distance as well. If you love tennis, there are tennis courts just a 1 minute walk away. When vacationing with us you can enjoy either the ocean or the sound which is just a 3 minute walk in either direction
When you want to go out for local attractions, the heart of Duck village is just a 2 minute drive away. The boardwalk supports many attractions including local owned unique shops,
When it comes to dining this community has some of the best sandwich, pizza, and fine dining restaurant in the area.
