Furthermore, the house is well equipped with simple technology: AVR sound system, large screen TVs, hi speed router, 3 gas fireplaces, quality furniture and mattresses, quality chefs kitchen with quality cookware, two sinks and 48" gas range.

As our guest you enjoy a beautiful sound front clubhouse pool and pickle ball courts. Clubhouse is open during the summer season and into fall, Mid May to late October. During the summer we have provided a Friday check in to ease the traffic burden.

LAYOUT of OCEANFRONT OASIS

Oceanfront Oasis envelopes two floors of living space and an observation tower at 42 feet above see level where beautiful sunsets are captured.

The ground floor 12’ above sea level, has a garage with ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs and wagon along with fridge and freezer. We also have a few tools and air compressor for guest use. The out door shower and elevator are accessible from the paved parking area under house. The stair case to entry door is found in this dry protected area.

The first floor is at 22’ above sea level and houses 5 ensuite bedrooms with custom tiled bathrooms. Three bathrooms have rain fall shower heads and two bathrooms have soaking tubs. The screened porch and hot tub are found on this level with a dune front staircase that leads to beach walkway. The laundry area with new large capacity stacked washer and dryer are located in louvered closet off the large entry hallway. Follow the custom staircase to the second floor.

The next floor is set above the dune, 31’ above sea level for incredible views. The chefs kitchen living room and dinning room are found at too of stairs. The southern facing upper deck is accessed by two large glass sliding doors. Two ensuite bedrooms with custom tiled bathrooms are on this floor. One is off the open living room and second is accessible from the recreation area. The recreation room has high quality finishes with large gas fireplace, wet bar with beverage fridge and AVR that feeds music to many rooms and decks. A sunset deck is off this room and provides a birds eye view of the natural aviary.
