This comfortable, 10 bedroom, 12-bathroom home offers plenty of room for family get togethers all year long. Situated just a few hundred feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. With a private heated pool (heat can be added for an additional fee), and hot tub, the pool deck will be one of the many highlights of your trip. Feel free to bring your dogs along for the trip, as well- this home is dog friendly!

Once inside the home, guests can enjoy the ocean views from the top deck while sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco. The fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream and is ready for every meal of the day. There are plenty of cabinets and counterspace to accommodate everyone and with a large dining table that seats 18 in the center of it all, nobody will miss out on any of the memories from the great trip to the Outer Banks. Sleep in one of the eight master bedrooms throughout the home and have plenty of space and privacy to rejuvenate for another busy day at the beach. Looking for things to do during a rainy day? Look no further as Sea You Soon not only has its own theater room where everyone can relax, watching movies all night long, but there is also a card table room and rec room with a full-sized pool table with kitchenette and TV. Whether it's a friendly game night or a movie marathon, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Exploring the Outer Banks: Located right at the intersection of Duck Road and Hwy 158, See You Soon is conveniently located centrally in Southern Shores. Within just a quick drive, you can be exploring the Town of Duck or dining at one of the many local restaurants in Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills. Explore the site where aviation history was made. Visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial, located in Kill Devil Hills to learn about the first powered flight and experience the reconstructed 1903 Wright Flyer or visit Roanoke Island and view the Lost Colony- a historical outdoor drama that dramatizes the events surrounding the Roanoke Colony- one of the earliest English settlements in America.

Beach Access: Beach walkway is located in front of the house. Wooden walkway leads from house to the beach directly north of Kitty Hawk Pier.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.

Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
