Nice, clean, close to beach stay

Tracy was great - very communicative, let me check in early, condo was clean and comfortable. She quickly fixed an issue with the TV, highly recommend!

A perfect walk to the beach. The pool was clean and area well kept.

Property was nice and the owner available to answer any questions. My only concern was the lack of cleanliness of the balcony.

When we first went in there was a mildewy smell, im assuming from the ac units. There was no shower liner, just the fabric curtain, no bath rug or anything. I got a coffee cup from the cabinet that hadnt been washed and a frying pan that was covered in grease. Killed 1 huge roach in the kitchen.

The apartment is very good, and the location is excellent. You can easily walk to the beach, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing that was a bit difficult for me was the stairs to the third floor. I had just had surgery, so it was a little challenging to go up and down.Also, we found out on our way there that the place didn’t provide bed sheets or towels. But the communication with Tracy was great — she quickly responded to all our questions and even suggested a nearby Walmart where we could buy what we needed.Everything went well overall, and Tracy was always helpful and responsive. As a friendly suggestion, I would recommend that she consider reviewing or changing the cleaning and maintenance team, just to make sure everything stays in perfect condition for future guests.
