Ski-in/ski-out, walk to Main Street

SKI DAYS WITHOUT THE SHUTTLE

Cedars 42 is a bright end-unit townhome on Peak 9, about a minute's walk from the Quicksilver lift and a five-minute walk from Main Street. Keep your skis in the private garage, come home for lunch, and walk into town for dinner. Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and depends on resort terrain, lift operations and snow conditions.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath:
• Primary room: king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and private deck
• Queen room: queen bed, TV and closet
• Bunk room: one full-size bed and one bunk bed, plus TV
• Living room: sleeper sofa

The home sleeps up to 10 using the bedrooms, bunks and living-room sofa. The queen and bunk rooms share a full bathroom. Review the bed layout when planning your group; a Pack-and-Play is available on request.

ROOM TO SETTLE IN

Gather around the gas fireplace after skiing or cook together in the full kitchen. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Quality linens, towels, bedroom TVs, Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy. There are three decks for fresh mountain air.

PARKING AND GEAR

The private two-car garage has ski and boot storage. One additional outdoor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a displayed permit. Please ask about garage dimensions if you drive an oversized vehicle.

SHARED POOL AND HOT TUBS

Guests have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs, about a five-minute walk away at 450 Village Road. These are shared, off-site facilities with seasonal closures. Ask us about the schedule for your dates.

This is a multilevel home with stairs. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and checkout is by 10 a.m. No pets, parties or outdoor grilling.
