Location, location, location! Ski-in, ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, beautifully remodeled town home featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes, ski school meeting area, ski rentals and lift tickets. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. There is a year-round stream right out front. In the summer, we love to sit by the stream and have a BBQ.
You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc!
As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing.
You’ll love this home’s a wide, bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area has lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. Rustle up some après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner in the gourmet kitchen; there’s a beautiful dining table with seating for eight.
The unit has its own hot tub so you can soak away any sore muscles. You’ll also enjoy access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a two-car attached garage. There’s also a first-come, first-serve parking lot for other vehicles. And, the town of Breckenridge is just a short 5-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and great nightlife.
You won’t find a nicer ski-in, ski-out condo in Breckenridge at this price. Your family or group will thank you for booking your vacation at Cedars 21!
During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating.

The four of us have been friends since our children were babies. We have always enjoyed traveling together both in summer and winter. Our families have shared many ski vacations together so it seemed only natural that one day we would buy a ski condo. The kids are grown up now but we enjoy spending as much time as possible in Breckenridge.

When we decided to buy a condo we looked all over Breckenridge but kept coming back to the Cedars. It's the perfect combination of ski in, ski out and an easy two block walk to town.
We had an Awesome vacation. Right on the ski lift which was very convenient. Owners answered questions quickly also took the time out to let us know it was going to be Beautiful when we got there. IT WAS !! Couldn't of asked for anything different. Can't wait till next time.
Cedars 21 is the perfect spot for a Breckenridge location. Easy ski out to the lift for Peak 9 and and an easy walk to town for dinner or shopping. Responsive and friendly hosts. Well-maintained, clean and comfortable condo. Heartily recommend!
I don’t even know where to begin but I’ll try to somehow keep this from being a novel. First, Kathy (the owner) is a fantastic person and is so accommodating. I now consider her a friend. The location of the town-home could not be better. There is SUPER SHORT walk across a tiny little stream and then there you are. Put your ski’s on and you are two “swooshes” away from the QuickSilver lift. After a day on the slopes you can Apres Ski right there at the Village, or walk into town for shopping and more amazing dining and “apres ski” locations. Then later the hot tub was a must! It is right off the dining area, so while we watched the kids eat dinner, us adults were soaking our aching muscles. The kitchen was well equipt with great cooking utensils, knives and pans. (Foodies will be very happy!) Everything about this vacation and property was perfect. My highest recommendations for Kathy and her property.
We had such a great stay at this property. The location was amazing, truly ski in/ski out and walking distance to town. Kitchen was fully stocked and our family was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Breckenridge!
We have stayed in numerous cedars units. Cedars 21 has got to be one of the best, it is impeccable. Everything you could need was available. Lifts are right out front door and main street, with all the shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away. Kathy was a joy to deal with. She personally contacted us to make sure everything was fine. That was a first! If you need a 3 bedroom residence for your next ski trip this is the one. FYI it books up quick.
This place is beautiful and directly next to the Quicksilver lift (the lowermost ski lift) on peak 9. It couldn't be more fitting of the definition of ski-in, ski-out. The interior is very high-end, and it has large bedrooms, and plenty of space to spread out. The condo is also within short walking distance of main street in Breckenridge, so we didn't have to take the car to go downtown. There is a hot tub located right off of the kitchen on an enclosed patio. Amazing. Everything was super clean and well-taken care of. Not an easy feat for a prime ski condo located right on the mountain.
