Ski to the front door! True ski in-ski out!! Not like most properties that advertise ski in/ski out when you have to get in and out of an elevator and/or then walk 100-200 yards to lift.
Peak 9 offers best ski in/ ski out access while still a short walk to town, and The Cedars are the best location on Peak 9. My unit being right in front of the walk bridge, is the best located in the Cedars. No need for a car to go to restaurants. If you've tried to find parking in town, you know how valuable this is! Effective Dec. 1,2016 all parking in downtown to be pay parking, so being able to walk everywhere becomes even more valuable!
Peak 8 properties are dependent on the gondola to get to and from town. The gondola runs till 6pm in summer and 5pm in winter, making it a very long walk back uphill if you go out to dinner There are a few Peak 8 properties lower down that are walkable to and from town. some have ski in access, but to ski out you will have to walk across a busy street to the Gondola to ski out. The Gondola at Breck isn't like most Gondola's where you can ski as soon as you get out. Here when you get out of the Gondola you have to walk about 100 yards to take the ski lift up.
Peak 7 is all Gondola dependent
Warriors Mark West Area. Many properties here are advertised as ski in ski out. You have to be an experienced skier to ski in, and is very dependent on snow conditions. It is not practical to walk to town from there.

Remodeled front row Cedars Townhome #19. Right in front of walk bridge. 50 yards to ski rentals, lift tickets, Maggie restaurant, and ski school. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Come home for lunch and watch your kids ski by from the living room or deck. There is a year-round stream right out front. 2 blocks to Main Street. Views of Baldy mountain.
We have plenty of sleds, and the sledding hill is less than 50 yards away. There is a community heated pool and spa 2 blocks away. You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc!
As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 70-75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing.
Entry level- has mud room for ski's and boots.
Lower Level- master bedroom and bath with a king log bed. 55" smart T.V., folding 3x2 wood crib, 2 car garage
Main level- has kitchen, living, dining, deck, bath, and bedroom with a queen log bed, and 48" smart T.V.
Living room has 48" smart T.V.
Loft level- has desk work area with pull out twin or hinged full bed under desk.
Upper level- has master bed and bath with king log bed and 48" smart T.V. and 4th bedroom with twin over queen log bunk bed with a pull out twin bed under bottom bunk bed. 43" flat screen T.V.
There is a full hallway bath across from bunk room
T.V.'s and DVD/VCR's in all bedrooms

I live to ski!! Go to Breck 4-5 times during ski season and for a long stay in the summer.

After 15 year search for the best ski in- ski out location in the U.S.. I found this irreplaceable location. I believe Breckenridge offers the best all around package for both skiers and non-skiers.
What makes this Townhome unique
Walk everywhere. Don't even need a car. Free bus service. After a day of skiing, if you still have the energy( the kids will) go sledding right outside the door.

Property was clean and well stocked!
We loved this condo!! Literally cannot get any closer to the slopes than this! So easy with the kids being this close! We had 4 adults and 7 children and had plenty of room!! Victor was easy to contact for the few minor issues we had!! We will definitely stay in this condo again!!
Excellent Location for Ski In/Ski Out - Best on Peak 9
Could not of been happier with the condo. Probably the best spot in Breckenridge for ski in and ski out as you are right across from the bridge onto the slopes. We literally could ski to the back door. Kitchen was well equipped and having 4 bedrooms with large beds made the stay very comfortable for 4 couples. Nobody was on a twin bed. Would definitely stay here again.
Very convenient location
The proximity of the location to the village is its main attraction. It is also extremely close to the bridge leading to the ski slope. Unfortunately unit is somewhat dated and needs remodeling.
The size however was perfect for our group of six.
We were a little disappointed at the location of the spa and pool. Not a short walk, and not very inviting.
Overall however, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay !
Thanks for your input Michael. I try to keep to a more rustic cabin feel. Pretty much all my guests rave about the place, but we all have different tastes. As far as the pool/spa complex, I guess everyone has a different definition of a short walk. Its about 150 yards away. It is one of the more popular hangouts in Breck after a day on the slopes or anytime in the summer. Have never had any type of complaint about the place and in fact, it had a complete restoration around 2015.
Great location, very comfortable!
Cedars 19 is as close to the slopes as you can get and downtown is just a short walk away. We only needed the rental vehicle to get to the market on the other end of town. This is a great condo for our annual family ski vacation.

True ski in and out at the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The condo is very spacious and equipped with everything that you would need. Check in and out are a breeze withe the details the owner provides. Communication with the owner was great throughout the process. I WILL rent this unit again without a doubt! Very Satisfied!
