Ski to the front door! True ski in-ski out!! Not like most properties that advertise ski in/ski out when you have to get in and out of an elevator and/or then walk 100-200 yards to lift.

Peak 9 offers best ski in/ ski out access while still a short walk to town, and The Cedars are the best location on Peak 9. My unit being right in front of the walk bridge, is the best located in the Cedars. No need for a car to go to restaurants. If you've tried to find parking in town, you know how valuable this is! Effective Dec. 1,2016 all parking in downtown to be pay parking, so being able to walk everywhere becomes even more valuable!

Peak 8 properties are dependent on the gondola to get to and from town. The gondola runs till 6pm in summer and 5pm in winter, making it a very long walk back uphill if you go out to dinner There are a few Peak 8 properties lower down that are walkable to and from town. some have ski in access, but to ski out you will have to walk across a busy street to the Gondola to ski out. The Gondola at Breck isn't like most Gondola's where you can ski as soon as you get out. Here when you get out of the Gondola you have to walk about 100 yards to take the ski lift up.

Peak 7 is all Gondola dependent

Warriors Mark West Area. Many properties here are advertised as ski in ski out. You have to be an experienced skier to ski in, and is very dependent on snow conditions. It is not practical to walk to town from there.

Remodeled front row Cedars Townhome #19. Right in front of walk bridge. 50 yards to ski rentals, lift tickets, Maggie restaurant, and ski school. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Come home for lunch and watch your kids ski by from the living room or deck. There is a year-round stream right out front. 2 blocks to Main Street. Views of Baldy mountain.

We have plenty of sleds, and the sledding hill is less than 50 yards away. There is a community heated pool and spa one block away. You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc!

As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 70-75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing.

Entry level- has mud room for ski's and boots.

Lower Level- master bedroom and bath with a king log bed. 55" smart T.V., folding 3x2 wood crib, 2 car garage

Main level- has kitchen, living, dining, deck, bath, and bedroom with a queen log bed, and 48" smart T.V.

Living room has 48" smart T.V.

Loft level- has desk work area with pull out twin or hinged full bed under desk.

Upper level- has master bed and bath with king log bed and 48" smart T.V. and 4th bedroom with twin over queen log bunk bed with a pull out twin bed under bottom bunk bed. 43" flat screen T.V.

There is a full hallway bath across from bunk room

T.V.'s and DVD/VCR's in all bedrooms

Why victor chose Northwest

After 15 year search for the best ski in- ski out location in the U.S.. I found this irreplaceable location. I believe Breckenridge offers the best all around package for both skiers and non-skiers.

What makes this townhome unique

Walk everywhere. Don't even need a car. Free bus service. After a day of skiing, if you still have the energy( the kids will) go sledding right outside the door.

"Best Location", understatement !

Wow . . . I think the title was "best location in Breckenridge", that was NO exaggeration. It was so easy to find, we drove right to it. So easy to park, right inside. The view out of the front door is amazing. The walk to all Main Street restaurants is just a couple of minutes. Maggie Pond is about 30 seconds away . . . I could go on. The condo itself is also wonderful, so welcoming and perfectly clean.

We had 6 adults and 3 children and there was still an abundance of spare space. The kitchen and living room are huge.

We certainly want to come back, we had such a fantastic time. Thank You !

Location! Location! Location! True ski in and ski out.

Had the pleasure of staying at this home in Breckenridge. It is a true ski in and ski out home, you can practically put your skis on and go down the slope. It has a bridge and a creek right outside your door. We slept 8 and had plenty of room for all. Spacious and clean with nicely appointed furniture. Owner very accessible and pleasant. Property is steps from chair lift, Maggies and downtown Breck. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for the ultimate ski in/ski out home in Breckenridge.

Best Ski-In Ski-Out

Ski-in ski-out has always been very important to our family. You can go right out your front door and be on the slope in one minute. After a hard day of skiing you can ski literally back to the "doorknob", We've always been pretty close to Quicksilver, but I think I spoiled my group this time. There's also a nice area for small children to simply play in the snow. Victor was fabulous to work with from the very beginning. He was quick to respond to my questions and his set-up for getting in the condo is great. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children were very comfortable, We enjoyed the mountains views, the warm fireplace, and the fact that each of our families had their own floor consisting of bedroom(s) and bath. We had one small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Don't hesitate to rent this condo. It has everything you need and it is a wonderful place to make those memories. We will definitely be back.

Best Location in Breckenridge!

This townhouse has the best location in Breck. We have stayed at many places there, and for skiing, you cannot beat this spot. You walk out the front door, cross the bridge, and ski down to the lift. The location is great for all levels of skiers. It is very easy to ski in for lunch. If you are a non-skier, you can easily walk to town. This is a "comfy cozy" home with plenty of space. All the bedrooms are good sized and have their own bathroom. The living area was great for sitting around the fire and enjoying snacks after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and we are people who like to cook! The owner was very easy to work with. He responded quickly to all questions and concerns. He made the whole process enjoyable and worry free. We were a group of couples and one of the couples had an elopement style wedding at local restaurant during our stay. Definitely a memorable trip! However, wedding or not, you cannot go wrong with this accommodation! Just pack your bags (and skis) and go have fun!

Breck Christmas 2016...the best!

Excellent accommodations and location for a family vacation! The unit is perfect for ski in/ski out and is an easy walk to town...no need for a car to get around from this location.

The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a (ski) vacation in Breck. You are steps away from the slopes and everything the mountain has to offer. The Quicksilver lift is right out the front door and the ability to end your day by skiing right back to the door is very fun and convenient!

The four bedroom unit easily accommodated our party of 11 and there is ample space on the main floor for everyone to relax and enjoy the evenings in front of the fire. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped and has everything you need to make meals throughout the day or enjoy a family dinner.

The indoor ski rack area was very helpful and spacious...we were easily able to store all our equipment (skis and gear for 10) and it doesn't take away from the living space.

Having access to the garage was also a plus...you can park vehicles indoors and have extra storage for luggage, etc. during the stay.

This is a great property and would definitely recommend it for a vacation rental any time of year. We would definitely rent again...looking forward to it!

Best Family Thanksgiving

We gathered our family together this Thanksgiving and rented two units next door to each other. (Unit 19 and 21). They were both wonderful, well appointed, perfect for a family get away. The units are a two block walk to town so we barely needed a car as we could walk everywhere.

Cooking was a breeze as the units kitchens were stocked with all kinds of pots and pans as well as dishes.

I would highly recommend these units winter or summer. They sit right on the ski slope so my husband was able to get a few runs in while we were there.

Hope to be back very soon.
