If you need a place to stay in Chico, look no further! This is an absolutely charming older home with everything you need. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet making for an excellent nights rest. It is in a great central location and the host is very responsive and generous. If you are in doubt, just book it! You will have a great stay.

Beautiful Modern Victorian close to downtown

We visited the university for Choose Chico day and found the home perfect for our stay. It was warm, cozy, and clean and my daughters and I especially loved the comfortable beds and nice linens. A very short drive into Downton, we would have walked if it wasn't raining. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful House!

Gorgeous house located on a quiet street that is close to downtown. The house is very well laid out with three bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for our group. The house has been beautifully renovated and is stylishly decorated. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. It was very clean and check in and out was very easy. Wonderful property!

Wow!!! This home is a beautiful, classic old Chico home that has been renovated to include modern updates while still keeping true to original architecture. Everything was immaculate. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Stayed with my college girlfriends to revisit our college days, 25 years later! This house and its location were perfect. Absolutely would stay here again. Was sad to leave!
