I felt like I was in jail

The host was abominable. Communication was horrible. We didn’t get access to the place till 2:50. She wouldn’t give us the access code or any information until almost 3 o’clock exactly was watching us on her monitors.

It's a shame that we want to provide excellent service and welcome guests to our properties when they don't follow the rules. They're disrespectful when they insult me ​​in the chat. They know check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and at 6:00 a.m., they ask for information to enter the villa early, without considering that other guests were scheduled to check out at 11:00 a.m. and that the property should be disinfected and cleaned afterward. They complained about the security cameras outside the property, when the cameras are there for their safety and that of the property. In any hotel, they would have been evicted immediately. We're known for having 5-star ratings on rental apps. But, like other properties and hotels, there are rules to follow. These are the types of guests who like to fight, insulting hosts before they even check in, while harming others without realizing it. I don't recommend them to other hosts.
