The Hodge Hill House

This beautifully renovated historic home with a gourmet kitchen is a true gem on 11 quiet acres.

Situated in the New Hampshire countryside, it is private but close enough to amenities and many outdoor activities.

Originally built in 1936 by a Congressman and Ambassador to Siam (now Thailand), the Timber Frame home reflects the craftsmanship and elegance of its time.

The home has been thoughtfully modernized, with high speed internet, gas fireplaces and range, and a modern chef's kitchen.

The chef's kitchen that boasts high-end finishes from deVOL Kitchens, state-of-the-art appliances, and heated floors!! Whether you're preparing a family meal or entertaining guests, the kitchen is a dream come true.

The home is located a couple of hundred yards from a snow mobile trail maintained by the Lisbon stump jumpers; its roughly 40 minutes from the Franconia Notch State Park, and about 35 minutes from the Cannon Mountain Ski area.

Drop by the Wildflower cafe at the bottom of the hill for home made baked goods and a very good espresso, or pop into Littleton to enjoy shopping on main street and finer dining.

Guest have access to all three floors of the home, including a laundry room in the basement.

Great old house with lots of character and charm. The property is phenomenal and the location is excellent. The hosts are easy and helpful. Second time here, though this time with new owners, who have made some nice improvements.
