Scottsdale Old Town Charm is a wonderful fully- remodeled townhome with lots of features and amenities making it the perfect choice for your Scottsdale getaway. You'll be situated in the popular Old Town Scottsdale area, putting you within walking distance to many popular attractions and exciting activities.
This two-story townhome features 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.
You'll enter through the front door and down the hallway, stepping into the living room and kitchen spaces.
Living Room: This room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the spacious back patio.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and a spacious breakfast bar with seating for two.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (upper level) — King-size bed, 50” Smart TV and a private patio.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — Two twin beds
Bathroom 1 (upper level) — Full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo
Half bath on the main level
