This place is great! Quiet, clean and conveniently located. My only complaint is that the queen bed I slept on was a more firm mattress and I don’t sleep well on firm mattresses. But I would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect location for us as we have family in Farragut and in Lenior City. Property was clean and beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. No Wine opener or Wine glasses but was not a problem as we improvised. Host was very communicative and check in and check out was very easy. Nice to have a noon check out time as well! We will stay again I am sure!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Plenty of plush towels for bathing. Even had our favorite Puerto Rican coffee, Cafe Busca, to use in drip coffee pot. How did they know??? The view out the back of the house was lovely. The house was easy to find and access to the house went without a hitch. Cleanup on our end was simple. The house is located on what seems to be a fairly major two lane route in town, however, was never bothered by road noise inside or outside of the home. It was quiet and peaceful. We would certainly stay in this home again.

Jenn and Josh were amazing hosts. We had a two week stay at their place. When we had questions their responses were very quick and helpful. The location is only two minutes drive to a very nice Publix. It's also very close to the Farragut shopping area. It was a very peaceful setting on a few acres of well maintained grassy space which our kids really enjoyed. Nice front porch space to enjoy mornings on. We highly recommend and would stay there again if the need arises. Thank you Jenn and Josh!

The air conditioning and heater worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The cute house is clean. It could use a few things, though, like a luggage rack. (I hated to put the suitcase on the bed and I am too old to work with it laying out on the floor.) The rooms could also use some tissues.
