My family of four (husand,wife, 20yo daughter, 16yo son) stayed here in late Aug. We flew into Fort Lauderdale. This location is in Hollywood,FL (a short drive from Fort L) and directly on Hallendale Beach. It's very centrally located and you can absolutely walk right to the beach with ease and see the gorgeous view from the rooms. The building is very clean and classy, the valet and staff were always very accessible and efficient. The room was great. Well laid out and trendy. During our stay we took a public charter fishing trip from Fort L, spent a day shopping in Miami and a day in Key Largo snorkeling and exploring. We also went to the casinos each night. My only complaint during this stay was that the water pressure was extremely weak. My daughter and I both have a lot of hair and I was not sure if it would be enough to rinse, it was barely a drip. The air intake was also very loud, and for context, I'm near deaf in one ear and a heavy sleeper- but it kept me up. Both of these issues were communicated so hopefully they have been resolved before your stay.

Apartment was very beautiful and clean. Beautiful beach views from the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. Sometimes long waits for the elevators. Second bathroom water from sink and shower did not get hot or even warm. Listing made valet seem optional, however when we arrived we dint not have an option to park our vehicle ourselves or choose valet, so we had to use valet which came with a hefty fee for the week. The resort fee is very expensive to be able to use the pool, jacuzzi and gym areas, the arcade is extra (none of which we used), maybe they could be considered as an add of for people at some point in ahead of everyone even if they don’t use it. The resort wrist band that we had to wear gets we from the beach or showering and it sits wet on the wrist, it would be nice if maybe with technology that same thing could be done with our phones instead of wearing something we can’t take off. The check in process took about 45 minutes because the resort did not have my reservation information, therefore there was a delay of almost an hour for my check in. The location is in a great place, close to shopping areas, the beach and highway leading to Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This was a perfect location and I enjoyed the apartment very much.

The ocean view was breathe taken. I enjoyed each bedrooms pluse the living room having a shared balcony.The service of staff and direct communication to agent. felt personal. Vhega the parking mgmnt. He was the bomb!!! He made me feel safe relaxed which is very appreciated forbab1st time visit. Mohammid and the 12midnight lady in suit was so welcoming and helpful. Be sure to experience the brunch at Terrazas. The modern look of the condo fits with today's style of luxe
