Fantastic stay

Loved this property. Had two families and the big kitchen and game room made the stay super awesome! Keeping 5 kids happy thru the evening in winter is no small feat and this property delivered.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this home and our experience was. The house is beautifully appointed with thoughtful seating areas that provided ample space for our group of 13 to sit and visit. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the entire group. The kitchen bar space it meant we could still visit with those in the kitchen. Our host was exceptionally responsive and helpful with our needs and requests throughout the process, from booking six months ago to the checkout process. Because of a heat wave, we didn't use the hot tub which was one of the bonuses for the home but, the huge deck space was used for meals and rest and reading and stargazing. This home hosted a reunion of friends after 30 years apart, I could not have created a better space. I wholeheartedly, without reservation recommend this property and would be thrilled to rent it again.

We had an enjoyable stay and found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent for exploring Flagstaff and northern Arizona. Mason, our host, was responsive and courteous. We highly recommend this VRBO listing for family gatherings like ours. One word of caution if you're not accustomed to driving larger vehicles (as I was with our rental) or if you'll be arriving after dark: The driveways are steep, lengthy and winding. Drive very slowly and perhaps have a party member guide you from outside the vehicle -- especially in reverse. Again, we recommend this property and offer this note as useful information for other visitors.
