About Patrick Moloney

My wife and I are originally from Chicago and moved to Arizona 8 years ago. We live in the Phoenix area. We bought this ranch to escape the heat of Phoenix's summers. After buying the property in the fall of 2014 we also realized we love coming up in the Winter as well. We didn't realize after leaving Chicago how much we love the change of seasons - and snow!

Patrick Moloney purchased this cabin in 2014

Why Patrick Moloney chose Canyon Country & Northeast

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It is about as private as you can get. There are no close neighbors. Sitting around the fire and watching the wildlife has been a real treat for us.

A relaxing getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved staying in this home. We really felt like we were able to get away from it all - it was so peaceful, the only sound we heard were the birds and the breeze of the pine trees. The house is very well stocked and extremely comfortable. There are many comfy areas to relax and read a good book or just enjoy the scenery. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Home Away from Home

  • 5 of 5

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ranch in the Coconino Forest. It felt like staying with friends--extremely well stocked kitchen, spacious living area and very comfortable sleeping for all. The home was clean, updated decor and everything in very lovely condition. The outdoor space was terrific--firepit with plenty of wood, comfortable seating on a lovely stone patio. Front porch was just right for a cozy cup of coffee in the rocking chair to enjoy the view! Owners obviously pay great attention to detail to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Second Stay as Great as the First!

  • 5 of 5

We just finished a week long stay and enjoyed every minute! In fact, we hardly ever left! The house is beautiful and everything you could ever need is there and in perfect working condition. We and our two dogs enjoyed the wonderful, fenced backyard plus the daily hikes in the woods. We had a quick question for Patrick on a minor issue and he answered on the second ring and walked us through a quick resolution. All in all, a fabulous stay and we are already looking forward to visiting again next year.

Beautiful cabin on beautiful property!

  • 5 of 5

To say that our trip to this cabin was wonderful would be an understatement. When we stepped out of our car, even my teenage daughter noticed the silence in the air and whispering pines. Our dogs loved the backyard. The kids loved going biking, hiking, and exploring around the property. We opened the curtains in the living room to reveal a wall full of windows to see the tall pines right outside. The beds were also comfortable. I loved sleeping with a window open and enjoying the quiet. There were many things to enjoy about this property, it deserves 5 stars indeed!

A Gem of a Cabin

  • 5 of 5

If you want to get that comfy cabin feeling with plenty of open space and forest but yet be conveniently located near Flagstaff and all the nearby attractions then this is your place. We rented this adorable cabin for two months and absolutely loved it. There is just too much to list regarding what this property offers. The home is nicely stocked with all the comfort items you might need or want. We absolutely loved walking the property and watching all the wildlife. The back yard and both front and back porches were such great areas to enjoy. We setup a badminton net and croquet and spent hours and hours enjoying the beautiful outdoors. I can't say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed and Patrick & Susan are wonderful and will do everything to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
