About Patrick Moloney

My wife and I are originally from Chicago and moved to Arizona 8 years ago. We live in the Phoenix area. We bought this ranch to escape the heat of Phoenix's summers. After buying the property in the fall of 2014 we also realized we love coming up in the Winter as well. We didn't realize after leaving Chicago how much we love the change of seasons - and snow!

Patrick Moloney purchased this cabin in 2014

Why Patrick Moloney chose Canyon Country & Northeast

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It is about as private as you can get. There are no close neighbors. Sitting around the fire and watching the wildlife has been a real treat for us.

Outstanding

Excellent property. Seamless rental, everything we needed and absolutely beautiful property. Slept 3 couples comfortably. Wonderful, open kitchen to the family room. Garage was ideal with the winter weather conditions. Closer to snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff then I had expected. But loved the remote nature of the property. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Best cabin EVER!!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

I spent a short weekend here with my family recently and it was hands down one of the best rentals I have EVER been in. From the moment we walked in we were taken back by how beautiful and clean it was - down to the wonderful Christmas tree waiting by the door! The decor is beautiful and everything is at your fingertips. From the down jackets in the closets in case it is cold, to the games and extra blankets next to the fireplace. This was such a fun place to spend time with family. The privacy and views are perfect! It was a short 2 miles down the road to our planned hiking path - just beautiful --- and then a short ride into Flagstaff for a delicious brunch. My family and I are already trying to plan a trip for next year!

On a second note - the owners are an absolute delight! they were so accommodating in getting everything ready for our visit - and when I got home and realised I had left my phone somewhere on the property, they were wonderful in helping to look for it. Very kind and caring.

DEFINITELY rent from here, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience in a quiet country setting!

  • 5 of 5

This home was just amazing. Driving up to the home with all the trees and meadows we just knew we we're going to relax in peace. The owners take pride in their home and they are so gracious to let others enjoy it as well.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every one of them. The home was fully stocked of essentials for the guests to be able to shower, cook and do laundry. We spent most of our time in the back yard with our fur babies enjoying the scenery and sitting by the fire pit. By the way the back yard is fully fenced for small pets just don't leave them unattended. Again just so relaxing and fun! While there we saw deer (25 feet from us), coyotes, chipmunks (I could not help myself from giving this one particular chipmunk crackers, he kept coming back, so funny), a frog, a small snake and lots of various birds. Hawks, ravens, blue jays and so many more.

To the owners we say thank you so much for opening your home for people such as ourselves to be able to enjoy such a beautiful place on our time away from the daily grind.

We will definitely remember this home and schedule again sometime in the near future.
