About Patrick Moloney

My wife and I are originally from Chicago and moved to Arizona 8 years ago. We live in the Phoenix area. We bought this ranch to escape the heat of Phoenix's summers. After buying the property in the fall of 2014 we also realized we love coming up in the Winter as well. We didn't realize after leaving Chicago how much we love the change of seasons - and snow!

Patrick Moloney purchased this cabin in 2014

Why Patrick Moloney chose Canyon Country & Northeast

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It is about as private as you can get. There are no close neighbors. Sitting around the fire and watching the wildlife has been a real treat for us.

Lovely ranch home - very clean and well organized. Super comfortable. Easy to get to nearby lakes or downtown Flagstaff. We loved staying here.

Private forest retreat just outside Flagstaff

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay and highly recommend this beautiful home! Nestled in the trees on a large, private lot, this house is city-close, but gives the feel of a true mountain/forest getaway.

The soaring living room windows perfectly bring the beauty of the forest inside. The home is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The patio is perfect for grilling and relaxing.

The owner is extremely responsive and helpful.

Overall a great experience.

Amazing family time!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch house. It was everything described and more. It was incredibly peaceful there. The house was fully stocked with everything you could want and need for your stay. The property was removed and quiet yet close enough to get the things you need. We really enjoyed having a fire in the evenings and making s'mores. The beds were very comfortable and in general it was just a warm and inviting home. We would definitely return again!

Wonderful

  • 5 of 5

This rental had everything we ever ask for in a vacation property. Beautiful, solid, clean, bright, spacious home, comfortable beds, dog friendly, pristine and unbelievably quiet surroundings, and proximity to hiking, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and city amenities whenever desired. It was perfect. We were also quite entertained by a robin that believed his reflection in the window was his rival. We want to live here! Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing

  • 5 of 5

Patrick has nailed it! This home was perfect for our family. With 10 acres and the forest behind, we had a lot of walks and runs with our dogs. Speaking of dogs, he even has dog towels in the laundry room. Perfect for getting them dried off when it rained and snowed. The house is very well maintained and CLEAN. This ideal if you want to be close to everything. We were less than an hour to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and a few hours to Phoenix. We all agreed this is the home we want to stay in the next time we are in Flagstaff. Thank you Patrick!

Great Secluded Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

Having rented cabins for years in both Sedona and Greer, this will be our "go to" place for future Northern Arizona Trips. This cabin offers the quite and seclusion we look for with the added benefit that it's surprising close to town for additional food supplies, grabbing a pizza or a getting your Starbucks fix. This cabin as stated by others is exceptional in terms of care and furnishings. It feels like you are staying at a well cared for home of friends or family, definitely not a typical rental. Spacious bathrooms (fluffy towels), comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great outdoor space in the back to enjoy a sitting around an evening fire. The fully fenced backyard area is perfect and safe for younger kids and small dogs. Even comes with a doggy door to the outside. We will defiantly be going back, provided we can find an opening... ;-)
