Summary:
Surrounded by golf course views of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, this family friendly townhome is the perfect way to explore the Big Island. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
The tropical resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, a fitness room, and BBQ stations. Enjoy the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay), just a mile away. Dine and shop at the King's and new Queen's shop, less than a mile away. Take up swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation!

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

The breezy living room is furnished with seating gathered around a flat screen TV and access to the lanai. The spacious lanai provides beautiful greenery views of the golf course and resort. Sit out here with your Kona coffee and soak in the Hawaii sun!

The kitchen comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up delicious homemade meals and gather around the dining table for 6.

There are 2 bedrooms to chose from. The main bedroom has a California King bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a 2nd shared full bathroom.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- A washer and dryer are available for use.
- Parking available for 1 car.
- A cooler and body board are accessible for use - they are located in a closet within the unit.
- The WiFi at this property is spotty, very weak, and at times non existing.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

The home was within walking distance from restaurants and shops. It had a gorgeous mountain view of the sunrises. The management company always made sure we felt welcome and our needs were met.

Everything was great. Check in process was very easy. Amazing lanai overlooking the golf course. 5 min walk to the ocean. Will definitely consider going back next time I’m on the Big Island. Thx again!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO. Location is great for walking to the King & Queens shops where you can shop, get coffee, grocery store, and ice cream. Also walkable to the beach where you can see turtles, and a handful of restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels. The host provided great starters for coffee, laundry detergent, garbage bags and shower stuff. Ample room with the 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Beautiful lanai to drink coffee and enjoy a quiet morning and entertaining in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location for nearby beaches, groceries, other resorts, and restaurants. The unit was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful. The one glitch was the ice maker was not working, but when told they responded right away bringing us ice.

Great condo on the Big Island

Very clean two bedrooom condo, lots of room for four adults, great location. Master bedroom bed was very firm, no problem running the clothes washer and dryer. Nice view of the sunrise from the lanai.

Beautiful grounds, great area, tired condo

Location was great. The grounds were beautiful but the condo itself was a bit tired. Gorgeous outdoor porch w sink but no bbq except by the pool. Good size place tho. Didn’t love looking out on the large garbage container

Inaccurate Condo Listing

There are several options to rent from during a stay on the Big Island - we chose this location to be away from the "hustle and bustle" of downtown Kona, the spacious lanai, and the convenience of a pool as we were going to be working remotely during our stay. The pool was closed for maintenance 5 out of 7 days while we were there. We brought this to the property management's attention, Grand Welcome, and the customer service representative, Iris, was interruptive and raised her voice several times. Her response was that the pool was managed by a different company so there was nothing that they could do. She repeated this multiple times. There was no communication between the property owners and the management company and no discussion of the scheduled pool closure with us. It took 3 days to get a response from Grand Welcome after numerous calls to the customer service line. They reimbursed us $300 after confirming that the pool was indeed closed. Overall, we would not choose to stay at this condo again due to the mismanagement and possible misrepresentation of the property.

Worst bed I've ever slept on

This condo was very clean and well equipped. The only problems I had was with the bed and the refrigerator. First the bed needs to be replaced. It sagged. Had trouble getting a good night's sleep. Next the refrigerator freezer door would not open wide enough to pull out the ice cube bin in order to dump the ice in the cooler for our trips. The wall hinders opening the freezer door completely. Other than these two problems the condo was great. Loved the walk-in showers. Great washer and dryer (front loading). Outside of the refrigerator problem the kitchen was well equipped. The location of the unit was great. We were able to walk to the Hilton and the King Shops. Cooler and beach chairs were provided and were a big plus on our excursions.
