The house is very clean and organized. Communication with host is good. I never stayed in a rental house, but after my experience with this home, I will do it again especially this home. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

The house was lovely.I asked for late check out before I left home. They kept putting me off. They told me it would be an extra fee, which I didn’t mind paying. I was told the first time if they didn’t have any new quest, but to ask 24 hr before check. I did and I did again. They never said No, but kept beating around the bush. I don’t like games.

Host was so easy to work with and responded quickly through the whole process. My only real negative feedback is that overall there was a lack of seating in the living room (for a house that comfortably sleeps so many) and we found the couches to be wildly uncomfortable with the low backs. I did notice that the downstairs bedroom ran warm. There is a window unit in the room but I had to wonder how well that would work in the summer. For our stay though it was just fine. The rest of the house was very well air conditioned and we appreciated the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We found the beds to be comfortable and the house was quiet.
