The living area offers space to relax and gather, with a full-size sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements and a pool table for friendly competition.

Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring Gatlinburg, or enjoy a quiet moment on the furnished deck and take in the scenery. Each bedroom includes a cable TV for easy downtime. There’s WiFi for staying connected and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in on work. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays a breeze. When the weather turns cool, the seasonal fireplace (Oct–Mar) adds cozy ambiance.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please plan accordingly; additional parking is not guaranteed.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos if mobility is a concern.

• Fireplace: Seasonal and operational from October through March.

• Winter travel: AWD/4x4 is recommended during winter months.

• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty.

• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. After booking, please contact our Customer Care team to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can reach the Gatlinburg Space Needle, SkyBridge, and Anakeesta.
