About this space
Welcome to our stylish home in Pinehurst, Seattle! Perfect for families and pets, our spacious property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy outdoor dining, a lounging area, BBQ grill, turf, kids' toys, and a basketball hoop. Our home features four bedrooms, including a stunning back guest house, and is equipped with amenities for kids of all ages, such as a high chair, toys, and an infant bath. Gorgeously decorated interiors complete the charm, ensuring a memorable stay!
The space
**Home Layout**
- Massive backyard area with dining and lounge furniture, BBQ grill, and tons of toys for children.
- Gorgeously landscaped front yard with gate, perfect for letting small children and pets play outside.
- Off street parking for several vehicles.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for entertaining.
- Breakfast nook dining with plenty of light and seating to enjoy group meals.
- Living room with designer furniture, fireplace, Smart TV preinstalled with streaming apps, board games, children's table, and plenty of kids toys.
- Primary bedroom with King size bed, vanity, closet, bedside chargers, and en suite bathroom.
- Jungle-themed guest bedroom with Queen size bed.
- Mountain-themed bedroom with Full size bed.
- Back guest house with Queen bed and private bathroom.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home aside from the garage which is currently being used for storage.
The closet in the Jungle bedroom is also locked off as an owner's closet. We have a large dresser in this room for your clothes however.
Other things to note
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.
Our home is designed to be pet and family-friendly, with plenty of children's toys and safety features. Please keep this in mind when booking.
