With modern elegance inside, you’ll find upgraded & fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, Reclining leather couch and loveseat, a large Smart TV, electric fireplace for evening ambiance, a large dining room table, WIFI/Alexa, Smart TV, Washer & Dryer, beach towels/chairs. Enjoy direct beach access, a heated sparkling pool, and beautiful remodeled clubhouse. With every convenience at your fingertips, this is the perfect place to relax on your vacation with family. There are many fun activities in Cocoa Beach. Air Show July 12-13. Rentals for electric bikes, kayaks, see dolphins and manatees, and watch rocket launches from the balcony. Walking distance or beach trolley to downtown Cocoa Beach, where there are restaurants, bars, and live music. Rentals for Boat, kayak & paddle boarding dolphin & manatee tours, & so much more! We love being able to share our home with you. We love to travel, spend time with family and our grandbabies. We love boating, riding bikes, yoga, pickleball, reading, serving on the board, beautification committee, and volunteering.

Krissy grew up here and we moved back here to be near family after we retired. We have a lot of family here. We love being right on the beach. We love to take walks on the beach, bike rides, going down to the pool and reading a book. It's very relaxing waking up in the morning, sitting on the deck, enjoying a cup of coffee, listening to the waves.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Since this is our home, it's not like a regular rental property. We spared no expense when renovating it. We have quality bedding, bamboo sheets, plenty of towels, facecloths and toiletries. All our furniture is extremely comfortable with lots of soft throws. We have a well stocked kitchen, pantry supplies, spices, etc. We hope that you feel very welcome here and that this is your home away from home.
