This property has river access for fishing, boating, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and other watersports. Enjoy a beautiful lake and fountain view from the condo living room! The complex has 2 Recreational pools plus a 2 lane lap pool for a total of three separate pools. The gym is located at the Complex Clubhouse. Two tennis courts in the complex as well as a car washing station. NEWLY REMODELED. All new flooring, furniture, paint, lighting, ceiling fans in all rooms, brand new AC/heating unit. All new kitchen appliances in the condo. Washer and dryer in unit.
