Experience the best of Panther Pond at this charming year-round home, tucked at the end of a private lane for a peaceful retreat. The tastefully decorated first floor features a vaulted great room with a wall of windows overlooking the lake, an updated kitchen with a large island, two bedrooms, and a modern full bath. A loft provides additional sleeping space, while the spacious lower level offers another full bath, an office with lake-facing windows, and a walk-out to the outdoors.

Outside, the gently sloping lot leads to a 4’ deep sandy entry with a gradual descent into the water. The new, expansive dock with Adirondack chairs can accommodate an 18' boat, and an additional mooring holds up to a 19' boat. Two kayaks and a paddleboard are included for exploring the pond. Plus, enjoy your own private tennis court for both tennis and pickleball. With stunning lake views, versatile living space, and endless outdoor options, this Panther Pond retreat is the perfect spot for relaxation and recreation.


2026 Rates: $534/night PEAK season; $352/night LOW season; $315/night OFF season

- Included in this rental is Krainin Linen Service for up to 6 guests (linens can be picked up and dropped off at the Raymond office).
