Lakefront House

We are the Wrights.' Born and raised right here in Windham, Maine. We have four amazing kiddos, we love enjoying every bit of Maine's beauty with. Kayaking, paddle boarding, ice fishing, hiking...There is always something to do in this beautiful state we call home:-)

This property is actually our first vacation rental, aside from this we mainly focus on long term rental properties. However, it has been a dream to provide a lakefront home, that MANY different families get the opportunity to make memories in. This property has an expansive yard, with private frontage including a sandy area for kiddos to play wading into the water. There is a private dock with solar lights, as well as a private boat slip.

Highland lake is one of the very few lakes to almost always guarantee ice fishing every year. Even mild winters, the lake is typically always guaranteed to freeze. In the summer this lake is extremely boater friendly, without being overly crowded. It is the perfect mix of summer fun, while remaining peaceful. The fireworks every summer are out of this world, the best to be seen. The best benefit to this unique property is that even though it is tucked away, it is under 8 miles to all of North Windham's amenities.
