Kesävuokraus on viikko ja kestää SAT-SAT (elokuu on avoinna kolmen yön ajan)

Olemme ajatelleet kaikkea mitä haluaisimme perheellemme, ja laittaneet sen kaupunkitalomme Folly Beachillä. Tässä ominaisuudessa on modernit ominaisuudet; Alakerran kymmenen jalkakatot antavat sille 'Old Charleston'-tunnelman, avoin perhe- / ruokailutila / keittiö, kylpyhuone jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, kannet molemmilla tasoilla (suojattu alemmalle tasolle, kauniit näkymät, istuimet kuudelle), kahden auton parkkipaikka , parketit, graniittitasot, hyvä säilytystila, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Laitoimme jopa vauvaportit ja pistorasian kannet sekä kirjat, pelit ja videot lapsille!

Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-kerros, yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on neljän hengen kerrossänky (yhden hengen kerrossänky, kaksinkertainen jalusta, yksi vyöry) ja rauhallinen, tyylikäs Master-sviitti king-size-vuoteella, oleskelualue, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus , erillinen suihku ja poreallas sekä iso vaatehuone.

Mestarista on myös kansi, josta on kauniit näkymät suolle ja joelle. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on televisio. Pesutupa on yläkerrassa. Meillä on kaasugrilli, kaasutakka, ympäristövalaistus ja taulutelevisio takan päällä ja isännässä. Meillä on nopea internetyhteys, jota pääsee makuuhuoneeseen modeemin kautta.
Kiinteistössä on uima-allas ja syvänmeren yhteislaituri, jolla on hyvä kalastus ja runsaasti tilaa veneesi kiinnittämiseen. Veneelle pääsee lyhyen kävelymatkan (yhden korttelin) päässä.

Voit kävellä hiljattain kunnostetulle rannalle vain muutamassa lyhyessä korttelissa tai 'kaupunkiin' ruokaillakseen kaikkea tapasista pizzaihin upeisiin aamiaisiin Lost Dog Caféssa. Voit saada tuoreita katkarapuja veneistä mailin päässä Follysta, ja Charlestonin keskusta on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Great Long Weekend

The house was just the right size for a family of four. We loved that the location was off the beaten path but very close walking distance to the restaurants and not too far from the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. The marsh view from the pool is quite impressive.

Perfect Location

This property was a perfect getaway for us. It was quiet but we were walkable to everything in Folly Beach. This was a great property that was well appointed and comfy.

Gorgeous beach house

We had a lovely stay at Waters Edge. The house was pristine and communication with the host was helpful and clear. We rented a golf cart which made getting around Folly a breeze. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a Folly holiday.

Great comfortable place for the family and easy walk to the beach.

It was very well designed with the three bedrooms and three baths. The grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom with an adjacent bath and the three kids and mom and dad stayed upstairs in the kids room with bunkbed and trundle pull out. Mom and dad stayed in the master suite upstairs with its own outdoor porch. The kitchen was well equipped and next to the den and the porch outside. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great vacay spot

We chose this rental for us accessibility to the beach and Charleston. It did not disappoint! The community was quiet and the accommodation more than met our our needs!

Wonderful winter getaway

Our family of 7 spent a week here and loved it! We had plenty of space to relax in the town home (beach home?), and it was easy to access all of the historical sites and restaurants in Charleston. We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs.

So many great restaurants located in short walking distance, beautiful beach, nice pool and beautifully decorates townhouse with everything you could want to enjoy your stay! Great townhouse in Folly Beach

This is a solid unit with great proximity to the beach, the marsh, and shopping/restaurants. Many people rented golf carts to get around, but we were fine with bikes and walking. 25 minutes to downtown Charleston is also a plus!

Very cute property and excellent location!

Had an excellent time at this very cute property. The layout feels very spacious and property was very clean. Our Instacart groceries arrived before our arrival and the property manager went above and beyond putting them away. We had 1-dinner out in Charleston and it was just a quick 20 min drive. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Very clean and comfortable. Property in front of neighborhood so close walk to town. Large garage for plenty of cars. Would suggest that the gas for the grill to be filled. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great location in Folly Beach

What we liked:- Excellent location, quiet, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pier. - Lots of space in home for storing clothes and belongings (walk in closet a plus)- Plenty of towels, upstairs washer/dryer, laundry baskets available- Full kitchen with a variety of dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, coffee pot. Basically everything you need besides groceries- Comfortable bedding - Cabinet of board games- Screened in porch with fan- Smart TVs with some free channels and movies What we didn’t like:- Lots of stairs (which we expected)- Cannot use the grill due to HOA laws- Garage is a tight fit (we had a 2023 Traverse)- At end of stay we had to place all towels and bedding in laundry bags and at the front door which was pretty inconvenient when we were leaving at 6am- Master shower needs updating. Water pressure was not good so we only used it onceOverall nice place and location. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the home is well maintained and clean, the location is terrific, and the access to the Folly Beach scene is a very short walk. The beach is only a little further, but not far, although we ended up driving to locations slightly further away (5th street or beyond) and parking. Folly Beach is great, it’s a beach town without the ritzy beach vibe, it’s a true surf beach with great restaurants all within walking distance from this property.

Great Place!

We stay in lots of rentals as a family of 6-hotels don't work for us. This rental was perfectly located, clean and well furnished. We loved the dock in the neighborhood and it was close enough to the beach to walk (although we rented a golf cart and would recommend that as it's way easier than schlepping all your stuff to the beach). Great location and well-equipped house

The location is great for access to everything Folly. A short walk to restaurants and the 'happening' area of town, and the beach. A short drive back over the bridge to to mainland and Charleston. Quiet so you can rest at night (that is a plus). Although it is possible neighbors could be not, we did not experience that. The house is pleasantly located at the upper end of a side creek and there is a clear view west towards the water. Would consider staying here again. Excellent facilities in the house for preparing your own meals too. Clean and well-serviced.

Great house and location

Everything was great. Just a heads up - the iron doesn't work and sprayed a bunch of brown water out of it when I tried to use it. Luckily it wasn't near any clothes when it happened or damage anything else. From MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review. We have replaced the iron, thank you for letting us know. Outstanding

We decided to rent a place near the beach for my daughter's 18th birthday. Our family had been quarantined for 7 weeks and looked forward to a change of scenery. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is located far enough from the activity of Center Street, but very walkable to restaurants and beach. Although restaurants were open, we elected to get take-out or we cooked in. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for meals. The docks on the property were also a great place to watch the sunset!
