Beautifully Decorated & Renovated Oceanfront Villa
“Flamingo Sunset” is a gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath villa located on the first floor of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This newly refinished condo is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. The cool beach colors complement the decor and furniture to put your mind at ease. This condo is the ideal accompaniment to one of our premier beach homes, “The Pink Flamingo,” 507 East Arctic Avenue. The property makes use of tile flooring and perfectly nautical accents for clean lines and the right atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all share the ocean view provided by the floor to ceiling windows. A sliding glass door provides access to your fully furnished, private balcony. The living room provides ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats six with additional seating for three at the bar counter. The stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops makes for the perfect place to cook a meal for your family or friends. The first of the four bedrooms has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with one of the queen rooms. The bathroom has double sinks with marble counter tops. The third bedroom provides another plush queen bed with attached bathroom. The master bedroom faces out to the ocean with access to the oceanfront balcony. The en suite bathroom has a tub, double sinks and a glass tiled walk in shower. Each room is decorated in nautical colors and decor. This particular villa faces a more westerly position providing an unstrained view of the western section of Folly Beach straight as well as the inlet that shapes the island. It is also located right behind one of the two beach-side pools. Additionally, its location is provided a great deal of protection from the intense summer sun as well as the light winds that may come from the north/northeast. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These luxurious villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views.

Great location right off the beach. Quiet. I liked that it was first floor - only one flight of stairs to contend with but still a great view since it is on the corner. The beach was great! Clean and not too crowded despite Spring Break. Several miles of beach - good for walking, running, biking, swimming, etc. Easy access to Folly Beach restaurants (recommend Loggerheads across the street). Easy access to Charleston - about a 30 minute drive to the historic downtown.
Condo was clean and well supplied with amenities. We had 2 couples and 2 teenaged kids - plenty of space to be together and apart. My only complaint was that the 2 pools were closed - we had chosen this place partly because of the pool availability, though it would not have been a deal breaker. It would be nice if seasonal pool info was available at booking.
We are so happy everyone had a great time! The condo location is ideal for quick beach access. Also, located in the heart of Folly Beach! We apologize about the seasonal pools. The HOA is in charge of the pool schedule, and it changes year to year (Typically early April - early October). We hope to host a future Folly Beach vacation!
Wonderful Christmas at the beach
Me and my girls, son-in-laws and grandchildren had an amazing Christmas. The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. It had enough seating and the beach was beautiful. We are already planning our next trip.

What a beautifully appointed condo. Everything about this condo was amazing. The view of the ocean was to die for. We have stayed at other condos at COV, but this one really topped them all. The kitchen was awesome. It had everything that we needed, especially the crock pot, since we left ours at home. The one thing that I would suggest is maybe ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. Our children got a little hot at night, but other then that we have zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful week and we look forward to next year!! 😀
I stayed with family at the 'Flamingo Sunset' fantastic Condo for the last week of May.
The Condo is in a top notch location, beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. Cant ask for much more...to own a similar property in exact same condition, in the exact same location is the dream ! I couldn't review this Condo any better, it was just amazing. Thank you, Paul.

When booking a reservation for any of our properties, your reservation will automatically include a $69 Red Sky Damage Deposit Waiver. This is an insurance policy that covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages to the vacation rental property. We find that this allows out guests to have a worry free stay, as both the guests and the property owners are protected from unwanted expenses when damages occur. If you wish to remove the Damage Deposit Waiver, then a $3,000.00 deposit is required in its place.
