Guests can use the entire property, which includes a garage for 1 car, gardens, terrace, BBQ area and direct access to the beach.
Playa Chiquita is a very quiet residential area, as the property is located at the end of a dead-end street.
Near the property, just 250 m away, is the El Duende Gourmet supermarket, where you will find everything you need. There are also restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area. To go to the beach, just cross the gate of the property and to get to other beaches you can go by bicycle or by car.
