Great place for our stay while visiting family for a high school graduation trip! The home was exactly as advertised. Having stayed in several other rental properties, we noticed a few minor drawbacks: the kitchen could use a better selection of cooking tools, and the two advertised grills were not very user-friendly. However, we were able to make it work with what was there. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property! It is spacious, safe, quiet, clean, well-stocked with essentials. Grear location for a drive to the beach and Tampa and surrounding communities. Restaurants nearby. Close to attractions. Pool is beautiful and fenced! Large outdoor lanai! Allows dogs. Host is friendly, attentive, kind, and gracious! Check in and out easy! Loved out stay and highly recommend!

Ami was an amazing host-SUPER responsive. The property is in a great location-nice quiet area close to everything. HUGE fully fenced in yard. Although we did not have children with us, the home is nicely equipped with crib youth bed, toys, highchair and an awesome doll house. 1st floor master with large bathroom. TONS of storage space. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ami’s rental! The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for our family. The grandparents had the lower level master (which was huge and beautiful) with parents and kids upstairs. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms with cute window seats. They also had lots of fun in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we also appreciated being less than 10 minutes from a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Ami also had great communication and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We appreciated his empathy and flexibility - it literally saved our vacation! We would absolutely stay at this rental house again when in the area.
