Great for a Family Getaway

We were very happy with our stay. The management company was responsive to our needs. The house is well-supplied with everything needed for a worry-free vacation. I only have 2 concerns: (1) the kitchen table chairs were wobbly and need to be replaced, and (2) trash needs to be picked up more than once a week. Two of the 3 trash cans were full when we arrived, and we had to take our trash to a container in the overflow parking lot over multiple days in order to maintain a clean environment. Not sure if this something the owner or management team can rectify. Otherwise this is a great rental unit and I would book it again.

Family Vacation

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—there was chocolate and red wine waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was beautiful and spacious, featuring 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a game room, and a refreshing swimming pool. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.The only issue we encountered was with the security gate not answering the call back to let us in. However, Alex was very responsive and answered my call after midnight, resolving the situation quickly.Overall, this was a great stay! I would absolutely recommend this home to others. There were plenty of beds and even rooms we didn’t get around to using—perfect for large groups or families looking for a comfortable and quiet place to relax.
