Saguaro Sanctuary- Newly Renovated Retreat

Relax in this spacious, pet-friendly 1950’s ranch-style home, perfect for longer stays. Recently remodeled, it’s located 2 miles from the UofA and Banner Medical Center, and within a mile of several restaurants and gyms. Enjoy a desk space, high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, blackout curtains, and quality mattresses. The large fenced yard includes a shaded dining area, BBQ, AC, and on-site laundry for a stress-free stay.

Please Note: While the home is conveniently located just off a main road—making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions—it's not tucked away in a secluded or ultra-quiet area.

***The unit is part of a duplex, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. In particular, the living room of this unit shares a wall with the smaller, neighboring unit’s bedroom, so a little extra consideration in that space goes a long way.***

While most guests in the neighboring unit have enjoyed a quiet and restful stay, as with many shared structures, some sound transfer is possible. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation in making this a great stay for all!

**Quiet Hours:** No loud noises/music after 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas, as sound travels easily.
**Pet Policy:** Include all pets in the reservation so the non-refundable pet fee can be applied for each pet staying. Max of 2 pets is permitted.
**Registered Guests Only:** Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Property centrally located to stores and dog parks and hiking. Nice covered patio to sit on in the evening. Comfortable beds. Very spacious and fenced in yard for our pup .

The place was was clean and had a lot of room. It was a great location to do things around Tucson. The host responded very quickly to all questions. We would recommend staying here.

Feels like home!

This little duplex is extremely clean and well stocked. The host was very communicative when I had questions. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a stay that feels like home.

Great place!

Everything was perfect... We really liked the layout, especially the indoor/outdoor flow which was great for grilling and letting the dog wander in and out. We will definitely use this place as our "go to" spot when returning to Tucson.

The bathroom door had a hard time closing and locking. The knob Could use some work, but we made do. The couch isn’t really a sleeping space as advertised. But again. We made do. Small items, but overall a great stay
