Located 15 minutes from Denver, Red Rocks, and hiking trails, it's also 3 min. to light rail & 5 min. to Olde Town Arvada- a vibrant hub w/ bars, restaurants, shops, parks, farmers market & festivals. *Primary Bedroom: Private suite w/ King bed & tv. *2nd Bedroom: Queen bed & desk. * 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, single bed & desk. A 2nd single bed can replace the desk upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you are accustom to at home. The basement has an unfinished laundry room and has 1 bedroom with a king bed and desk and 1 bathroom. This area is set up as its own apartment so it’s ideal if you have someone in your group wanting a bit more privacy.
