Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Strip bed and place all used linens, towels, and wash cloths in the plastic tote.
Remove food from fridge and cabinets. Remove personal toiletries and trash. Tie up all trash and dispose of it in the city trash cans outside.
Make sure all lights and appliances are off. And AC is turned to low fan and at 75 degrees.
Lock up and put keys in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
