Modern and beautiful house with beautiful outdoor area!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sunseeker. The house is new and in perfect technical condition. The furnishings are mostly high-quality and very tasteful. Particularly worth highlighting is the large, beautiful outdoor area with fridge. The pool's orientation means you get sun late into the evening. The location is quiet yet central. Being on the canal, you also regularly get to see wildlife passing by.

This place was contemporary. Very clean and had everything you needed. Pillow and beds were not the best. The pool and spa were nice. If you're looking to be close to things to do this is not for you. Was very quiet. Wish there were curtain in big slider to have some privacy like the ones in bedroom. Very open concept .

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this beautiful property. The house is absolutely lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is so well-equipped with top of the line appliances which allowed us to cook everything and anything we wanted. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. The pool is fabulous and always at the perfect temperature along with the spa. The splash pad is perfect for little ones and our two year old granddaughter loved playing there while she was visiting for a few days. The proximity to the grocery store and restaurants is a plus. This house is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a great view of the canal. The dock is an added plus for anglers. The private office is a plus as it allowed my husband to work remotely without disturbance. Our property managers, Robert and Tanya, are a pleasure to correspond with and our check-in visit with Robert and Julia was both welcoming and informative of how everything operates within the property. We couldn’t be more pleased with this gorgeous property and we would definitely love to stay at Villa Sunseeker again.
