Great Location with ocean views

Condo was spacious and clean, bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. Wi-Fi did not work. Very busy condo community, the elevator control buttons on floor 7 did not work, guests had to walk down stairs to access on floor 6. Reported to building maintenance, was not fixed during our stay. Additional umbrellas at pool area are needed. Great beach with chair and umbrella rentals.

Great place to stay!

My family of 4 stayed in this unit with my brother and his family of 5. This place fit is all perfectly fine! The kitchen had all of the utensils and things that we could possibly need. The master bathroom was enormous and much larger than the pictures show! The pool area was great and where we spent most of our time. There was a small shopping area with several cute little stores and ice cream shops. Great restaurants nearby and the ocean was wonderful! I would say that we were bummed that every morning there was a company of umbrellas and beach chairs that took up the ENTIRE front of the beach. Our building had by far the most of these. It’s disappointing that this is allowed but it’s common at most places anymore. And most of those beach chairs sat empty. That part is annoying but the stay was great otherwise, the condo was beautiful and clean and we would definitely stay there again!

Summer Vacation

Overall, Palacio 705 was an alright place to stay. The kitchen needs updated and more space to store food, etc. The pantry had all the pots and pans stored there so we had to rearrange to make room for all the pantry food. Not the worst thing but an inconvenience. There was a closet by the first bathroom that I believe was a linen closet so we used that to store extra food in. There were issues with gnats in the kitchen when we first arrived and had to deal with them flying around on occasion. The top drawer of the dishwasher was broken and wouldn’t pull out, and there were issues with the internet. The master bathroom toilet also had issues with flushing but we figured out the trick to making it work. We did report the issue with the internet which someone came out to fix same day, but didn’t report issues with the gnats or dishwasher drawer. The most frustrating thing was the elevator on the 7th floor was having issues when you would go to press the down button, it wouldn’t light up to get the elevator to stop on your floor. After pressing the button numerous times it would finally light up. We reported it and they said they were waiting on a part to come but it never came while we were there for the week. The beach and pools were great and the family had fun hanging out there each day. Although there were some issues that were frustrating, overall, it was a good trip. However, we will not be staying at this condo again.
