5 bedroom 4 bathroom home with basement. Enjoy nearly 1 acre in a secluded sub-division. Some highlights include:
-keypad entry with outdoor surveillance
-outdoor sectional and Additional seating, fire pit, and giant games for outdoor activities
-basement has a separate entrance, refrigerator, living space bedroom and bathroom. Smart lighting and Bluetooth compatible bathroom lighting (syncs to play music)
-3 large screen smart televisions
-separate temperature control for upstairs and downstairs
-5 beds plus one full size futon, one queen size air mattress, one crib

The entire home including the washer/dryer, deck, driveway, and outdoor Furniture/grill. Keyless entry. The home offers Three Queen sized beds, one California King bed, one crib, and one full sized futon bed, and one queen air mattress, and one full floor mattress.
NO SMOKING on the property in the property or 30 feet around the property under any circumstances
No parties or events

With just a very short drive to Chester Gap, this private neighborhood is nestled on a mountain landscape filled with trees. Downtown Front Royal , Skyline Caverns, and many vineyards are just a few nearby attractions to name.

Ample driveway parking to allow for 3-4 cars

This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home has nearly 1 acre in a secluded sub-division. Some highlights include:
-keypad entry with outdoor surveillance (There are four actively recording cameras overlooking the front, sides, and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property)
-outdoor sectional and Additional seating, fire pit, and giant games for outdoor activities
-basement has a separate entrance, refrigerator, living space bedroom and bathroom. Smart lighting and Bluetooth compatible bathroom lighting (syncs to play music)
-3 large screen smart televisions
-separate temperature control for upstairs and downstairs
- Many beds: 4 queen beds and one California King bed plus one full size futon, one queen size air mattress, one crib, and one chaise lounge (basement) and a full floor mattress

Absolutely No Smoking within 50 feet of the home. There will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding. Pets allowed on a case by case basis

🔹 Be Respectful of the Community – Our neighborhood is a close-knit and considerate space. Please keep noise levels low, especially during early mornings and late at night.

🔹 Guest Limit & Age Requirement – The property has a strict occupancy limit. Guests must be 25 years or older unless otherwise approved in advance. Families with children under 25 are always welcome. Any extra guests must be authorized before check-in.

🔹 Security Measures – For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the home.

🔹 Pre-Stay Inspection – The property is thoroughly inspected before each check-in. If you notice any damage or issues upon arrival, please report them immediately.

🔹 Check-Out Policy – To maintain our cleaning schedule, unapproved late check-outs will incur additional charges.

🔹 Heating & Cooling Use – Please ensure all windows and doors remain closed when using the HVAC system.

🔹 Plumbing Guidelines – To avoid plumbing issues, only toilet paper should be flushed—no other materials.

🔹 Verification Process – In some cases, we may request additional proof of identity (such as a passport or driver’s license) and details regarding the nature of your stay, including work-related documentation.

Very Disappointed, not a comfortable stay.1 No walkway to the front door. Have to walk through dirt/grass. We had to walk past spilled garbage with broken beer bottles to get to the front door, with a step that is in need of a repair.2 Living room only sits a few people w couches oriented one direction and TV a different direction. 3 Kitchen only sits 4 people.4 No garbage cans at all on the top floor which has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.5 No soap or towels in any of the bathrooms upon our arrival.6 Just 1 bedroom on the main floor and it's a king bed w/ dresser but no room between bed & dresser. The bed is against the corner so the only way to get in the bed is from one side. The foot of the bed is against the dresser which you can't open due to its proximity to the footboard. Very important to note this is the only mirror in any of the bedrooms, although no room to stand in front of. I have elderly parents that we had to seek alternate accommodations for as the bed was too high for them to climb into & over one another to escape and they can't do stairs.7 Upstairs no mirrors in bedrooms. Master bathroom is a vanity sink with no space for toiletries or a broken hair dryer! 8 TV in master has a burnt out bulb so pic is blue and green only. 9 bugs bugs & bugs everywhere.10 4 bathrooms one non-working blow dryer!11 no water pressure for the bathroom sink (valve fully on)
