Maison de location de vacances récemment rénovée et décorée avec une grande piscine. L'immense terrain gazonné qui recule jusqu'au canal d'accès direct au golfe qui vous amène en une minute en bateau à la rivière Caloosahatchee. Situé à Fort Myers.

Notre maison de vacances Summertime offre un espace de vie ouvert généreux ainsi qu'une belle et grande piscine, située dans un jardin luxuriant ensoleillé toute la journée. Cette maison nouvellement meublée et entièrement rénovée (2012) dégage une atmosphère aérée et constitue un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour 6 personnes maximum de plain-pied, sans escalier.

La toute nouvelle cuisine avec comptoir en granit comprend un îlot et tous les appareils ménagers, idéale pour préparer de bons repas pour la famille et les amis. Il y a aussi un barbecue dans le grand coin salon extérieur couvert. La télévision par câble à la pointe de la technologie, l’Internet haut débit sans fil, les DVD et l’équipement musical permettent un divertissement parfait.

Summertime offre 3 chambres à coucher, avec 1 lit king et 2 lits queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, TV et DVD Blue ray, et il y a un bain de piscine supplémentaire, aussi. L'arrière-cour surdimensionné avec grande piscine ouvre sur le canal. Il offre une atmosphère incroyable et est très accueillant pour prendre un bain dans la piscine, vous détendre ou essayer d'attraper quelques poissons sous l'ombre des palmiers sur l'un des deux quais. De là, la rivière ne se trouve qu’à 800 mètres. Sans ponts ni écluses, les plages voisines sont parcourues en bateau.

La maison est située dans la région idyllique de Sunset Cove à Fort Myers, au bord de la rivière, près de McGregor Boulevard, et à seulement 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Fort Myers (RSW). Vous êtes à moins de 2 km de tous vos besoins commerciaux, y compris des c��lèbres Bell Tower Shops et du centre commercial Sanibel Outlet. We were told the pool was heated and the heat was not on. It was cool outside when we arrived so we sat by the pool but didn't get in. I called because as the outside temp came up the pool temp didn't. My husband was able to turn the heater on however it very warmed up. We were very disappointed as this was why we rented this house. We wanted the heated pool.

We wanted to clarify what happened so future guests reading this have the full picture. The home was occupied right before your stay, and the previous guests turned the pool heater off completely when they checked out the same day you arrived. Because of this, we were unfortunately unable to pre-heat the pool in advance, as we normally do. As soon as you arrived and contacted us, the heater was turned on, but since the outside temperatures were cooler during your stay, a fully cold pool can take 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature. This is especially true during colder weather. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since the heated pool was an important factor for your booking. We always do our best to ensure a warm pool for arrival, but in this case the timing and weather made it difficult. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you were still able to enjoy the rest of your stay. If you have any further questions or concerns, we’re always here to help. Our family enjoyed our stay. We were visiting for a baseball tournament, but still had some time to enjoy the the pool and relaxed with the nice view of the water.

Lovely home, great location

Our family of 5 (a 55+ couple and our adult children) stayed at this home over the Christmas holidays. The house has been recently renovated, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We found the beds to be comfortable, and a selling point for us was that the house has 3 full baths, so all of us (ourselves, our son and daughter-in-law, and our younger son) each had a private bathroom. We found the furniture in the living room to be uncomfortable and there was not enough seating for everyone. In addition, the television system is incredibly complicated and difficult to understand. Perhaps this is just as well. If you're in paradise, you probably shouldn't be sitting around watching TV. We had an issue with the pool heat when we first arrived, and found the property management to be incredibly responsive in addressing our concerns. It was difficult to find a repair person on Christmas Eve, but they found a solution and the pool was up to a comfortable temperature by the morning of our 3rd day in the house. One minor comment about the pool: there is no railing at the steps leading in and out of the shallow end. For most this will not be an issue, but if you have mobility issues it can pose a challenge. I noticed this in the pictures in advance of our stay and made sure I had a cane available to help navigate the stairs. This home is in a great location off McGregor Blvd. There are some very good restaurants within a short drive, and there is a Publix right around the corner. It is a short drive away from both the Ford Edison Winter Estate and the Fort Myers Golf Club, and downtown Fort Myers, with some really great restaurants, is just a little bit further away. The backyard is large and fenced, so if you are travelling with dogs, as we were, there is lots of room for them to run around. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught a couple of catfish. The landscaping is beautiful in both the front and back yard. Overall, I would recommend this house. We've now rented 3 in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, and this one was by far the best.

I was told prior to arrival there was cosmetic damage to the home but when we arrived we found the cage over the pool was mid repair and the repairmen showed up on Sunday morning. Glad it was being fixed but communication that someone was coming to do work would have been best. I saw that several of your property postings mentioned that there were issues due to the hurricane which is completely understandable. Just think it would have been good to make us aware. Overall it was a great property and place to stay and we enjoyed our time in the sun! We contacted the team upon arrival about a couple of minor issues - outlets in bathroom didn't work and fan/light in one bedroom not working. The person we spoke to the morning after arrival couldn't help us with locating the breaker box or ideas of how to get the fan to work. We found the breaker box ourselves (behind a mirror) and fixed the outlet issue but never got the fan working and didn't get a response. Not a huge issue but it would have been good for there to be some guidance regarding minor issues such as breakers for the property managers to reference and to get a follow up response for open issues.

Awesome house, centrally located

Easy to rent, just south of the Ford-Edison house, and close to the baseball parks. Shopping and dining all within 5 miles. Pool was fantastic. Will look to stay there again when our next tournament occurs

Wished the oven worked.

Wished the oven worked. Took 2 days to get the service provider in for a look and he couldn't fix it. Luckily we knew how to adjust and use the gas grill as an oven. Check in and check out we're simple, very good experience.

Quiet and Calm

We have stayed in many rentals and this one was at the top as a favorite! We stayed in the area as our son was in a baseball tournament and the house was such a nice retreat to come back to after a long, hot day on the baseball fields. The house was spacious and clean and newly updated. The rental agency was very responsive with questions and made for an easy check-in and check-out process. Very impressed!

We stayed in this great rental after relocating to the area as we searched for a home to purchase in the area. It’s quiet, spacious, bright and had al the amenities my family and I needed during our stay. The management company was wonderful. Very responsive to ie needs and made many upgrades while we lived there.. replaced a sofa, bar stools, bbq, etc. They take great prices in their property. We also asked to extend a couple of times and they were quick to accommodate our requests which we greatly appreciated!
