Welcome to Reunion, a newer community located just 10 minutes from Denver International Airport! This modern, beautiful townhome, built in 2023, features 2.5 bathrooms, and 3-bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed.



The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the basic essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. With modern appliances, ample counter space, cookware, utensils, and more, you’ll be able to enjoy home-cooked meals.



The open-concept main floor includes the kitchen, living room, and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace, outdoor patio, and plenty of seating for your whole group at the dining table, bar stools, and/or sectional.



The sleeping arrangements include:



1. A large master suite with a comfortable king-size bed, walk-in closet, spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, gorgeous mountain and downtown views, and a large smart TV.

2. A cozy second bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

3. A spacious third bedroom with another king size bed and TV.



For the youngest guests, just let us know if you need a pack ‘n play or a baby gate to block the stairs.



This is the perfect retreat for families, business travelers, or friends.

We are located about 15 minutes to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, Aurora Sports Park, Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, and Downtown Denver is 30 minutes away.

We had an amazing time and the host was very accommodating! It was the perfect stay for my family of 6. We were in town for the national soccer cup and the town home was in the perfect location. The neighbors were extremely friendly as well! Over all, it was a great space for our little vacation!

Everything was clean and new and good quality. Looking out the front windows was a stunning view of the mountains. There is an attached 2 car garage plus plenty of street parking.The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The mattresses were high quality and so were all the linens. Looking forward to return visits. Great location.

Wonderful accommodations. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. She made sure she got us yoga mats for yoga at red rocks Went out of the way to make sure we had all we need. Great location. Lovely accommodations. Would stay again. Thank you so much

The house was exactly as listed and had a very cozy feel. The host had very clear instructions that were easy to follow. If we needed anything she was always available and quick to respond. I had told her about the cleanliness of some pillows and she explained what happened and offered to have cleaners come to take care of it during our stay if we had mentioned it earlier. Though the property is quite a distance away from attractions like Garden of the Gods and Rocky Mountains/Estes Park, it still served as a great central location for anywhere we went. Neighborhood felt very quiet and safe at all times of the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for our small family reunion. Plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults. Location was convenient for our adventures into downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.
