Quiet tiny home was a relaxing trip. A little bit further from civilization than I thought but really wasn’t too bad. Host answers quickly with great communication. Would recommend and definitely will be going back when I get a chance.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
This is a wonderful glamping experience, but it's advertised as 2-bedroom and there are not photos of the beds. In reality, it's a tiny home with two lofts, each with a queen mattress. They are comfortable beds! But guests should know you need to climb a ladder for one and a steep staircase for the other one. The shower was great, the property is lovely and it was fine for a short stay. I had some trouble finding my actual cabin as there is a 2nd gate you have to open to get to the cabins, and the numbers can be very hard to see in the dark. Note also that the "gate code" is actually a padlock code on the outer gate, so it can look like the road is closed. Otherwise, there are some quirks-- the bathroom sink is hard to turn off and there should be a curtain over the sliding glass door, especially to help with the junebug issue at night (they are attracted to the interior lights). Really-- a sweet place but the listing just needs more accurate descriptions and pictures.
This place is fantastic!! It's more of a writer's paradise! It's so quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to get away from the city then this is place. Stargazing is fabulous. We hiked the premises a bit and saw all sorts of birds. There's a pond which hopefully will be stocked with fish. The house is so clean!!

Thanks Rafael! Happy you enjoyed yourselves! Looking forward to having you back!
This tiny house/cabin is ideal for an awesome glamping experience. •restroom, shower & towels smell fresh•host is easy to reach, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the area •cabin is equipped with anything you may need•kitchen has all the esencial utensils needed to make a home cooked meal•you can also cook outside on the gas or wood burning grills (wood & gas provided by the host) •only need to pack your clothes & food •you can always stock up in the near by Bastrop’s stores•relax in the Ac & strong wifi equipped cabin or in the many sitting areas (huge deck outside the cabin, by the fire pit in the middle of your camping area, picnic table & in the shaded area adorned with solar powered lights)•Another day you could go for a walk in the beautiful nature trails, make s’mores in the fire pit by the pond at night or go into Bastrop & enjoy some of the river activities & specialty shops •Even though it’s in a secluded area, you’ll find the cabin very modern & comfortable•it uses solar power energy but it also has a generator that kicks in automatically as needed•water pressure is great•did I mention the place is clean, clean, clean. •There is something to do for everyone•we’ll definitely be coming back soon, bringing along our family dog who gave it so many paw stars
